●  Approved by Jintan development and Reform Commission on November 7, 2013 and Jintan District Administration for Industry and Commerce on May 16, 2016, Jintan Depei Chemical Co., Ltd. was renamed Jiangsu Jingye Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., covering an area of 44416 ㎡.

2007

●  In 2007, Jiangsu Depei Pharmaceutical Chemical Co., Ltd. was established in Yanweigang chemical park of Lianyungang, covering an area of 50 mu (33333 ㎡). It is a subsidiary of Jiangsu Jintan Depei Chemical Co., Ltd.

2005

●  In August 2005, the Institute and Hong Kong Hengxing International Co., Ltd. jointly established Jintan Depei Chemical Co., Ltd. The floor area is expanded to 19602 ㎡.

1999

●  In May 1999, the Institute was relocated to Xuebu Town, Jintan City, covering an area of 8675 ㎡ (construction area of 2000 ㎡).

1994

●  On December 25, 1994, Jintan Jingye medical and Chemical Research Institute was established. Registered address: Xuezhuang bridge, Hetou Town, Jintan City, Jiangsu Province, China. It covers an area of 13500 ㎡.
